Library:
Wanted: additional bookcases for the Library. The Center
For Active Generations is pleased that the newly expanded library is
getting so much use! Books are flying off the shelves from all
categories -- health/wellness, romance, history, and autobiographies.
The Center would like to thank member Bob Black for his recent
donation of many history books. We'll highlight some of these in our
April news. This month we want to highlight two New York Times
bestsellers and one national bestseller that were recently donated:
Girl With A Pearly Earring by Tracy Chevalier, The Memory Keeper's
Daughter by Kim Edwards, and The Time Travelers Wife by Audrey Niffenegger. If you would like to donate books to the Center's
library, please call prior to your donation to make sure that the
library committee will accept them. Thank you. Enjoy this great new
addition to the Center!
Library Policies: Fill out the card in the inside cover -- put your name, phone number
and due date (4 weeks from that day) on the card. Turn the card in to the information window.
Book Return Policy: Return books to the information window. Please do not leave books in the library.
